PaaS, on the other hand, is like leasing the kitchen and also hiring a sous-chef. Azure not only gives you the space and tools but also helps you cook. In tech speak, PaaS includes everything IaaS provides, plus more services like databases, app hosting, and development tools. You focus on creating your secret sauce (your app or service), and Azure handles the behind-the-scenes magic.
