The Service Desk operates extended hours of 08:00 to 18:00 GMT/BST on normal UK working days.

We aim to respond same or next day to all requests but for IT support requests please refer to your Support Agreement document. In the rare case we receive a complaint these are investigated or overseen by a Director.
Have an out of hours IT emergency?
For 24/7 business-critical issues or emergencies please check our Status Page and if you still need to speak to us call our main number 01403 29 29 30. The last menu option will get you through to a member of staff. Please be aware that unless it is part of the service you are calling about or specified in your contract, support calls made to this number will incur out of hours charges.
