Temple Spa are known for their range of luxury skincare, spa, and beauty products. Based in Littlehampton in the grounds of their stunning 500-year-old home, owners Liz and Mark Warom started the business from scratch in 1999. Their award-winning business now has a team of 70 and their sought-after products are sold all over the world.
We were introduced to Temple Spa back in 2016 by another long-standing customer. They had used their existing one-man provider for years and were nervous about changing but at the same time knew a larger provider with more expertise was necessary if they were to continue to grow.
We carried out our comprehensive induction process and soon got stuck into a program of continuous improvement that continues to this day. We have a constant dialogue with Adrian and Jon always talking about what comes next – they keep us on our toes! It’s rewarding to work with brands that see the value in IT and everyone at Temple Spa is lovely as well – truly one of our favourite clients.
