Background

Originally referred to us by another client, TSG’s infrastructure was struggling to serve more than one office following recent expansion. Problems accessing key business applications like rdb ProNet and Sage were starting to hold the company back.

As an early adopter of cloud computing, we were perfectly placed to provide a hybrid cloud infrastructure which today, together with Microsoft 365 enables 100+ staff across 5 offices (and countless home offices) to stay productive no matter where they are.

The recruitment industry demands responsiveness, and we expect the same from our IT provider. We rely on Wessex IT for our operations and our investments in cloud have paid dividends during the COVID-19 pandemic.
