Having worked in the managed IT services industry before meant that Josh really hit the ground running. He’s a firm favourite with our customers - with everyone appreciating his calm and organised approach. Recently promoted to Service Desk Manager, Josh leads Service Desk operations and also gets involved with many business improvement initiatives.
When Josh isn’t working tickets he loves to learn – whether it’s carpentry, gardening or experimenting with a new recipe. He builds his own PCs as well (a rite of passage for all IT engineers) and is a cinema buff to boot! He's also honorary uncle to office dog Harvey.
