About Us

Richard has been working in computing for over a decade now, building solid experience in network engineering, enterprise virtualization, backup solutions, and managing Microsoft 365 environments. He has significant experience ironing out the wrinkles in networking, VoIP, virtualization, and backup setups.

Outside of work he is passionate about AI and is working on a self-hosted AI system, bringing together machine learning and automation to create modular services that can be used for both personal and business applications.

In addition to several CCNA certifications, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing & IT with a focus on Communications and Networking.
