Excellent service from Wessex IT, after enquiring about web hosting, 2 ½ hours later it was all set up and web page online, email addresses also set up easy systems in uploading your web pages onto the control panel. Very friendly over the phone, not at all pushy and very helpful.

Wessex IT has offered us a comprehensive and tailor made service. They have been able to cater for all of our IT needs, from the provision of hardware (our computers, laptops, server and firewall etc) to installation of software, management of emails, to day to day IT helpdesk and on-site support. For us, the most important function which Wessex IT offer is helpdesk support. Like most companies, we struggle if we have problems with our IT. We have been delighted with the service we have received from Wessex IT. Their remote support function, which enables them to view and investigate individual computers, means that support is instantly available – we have found the engineers to be very helpful and knowledgeable – whilst if on-site support is required Wessex are professional, organised and on time. I smiled reading Andrews advice about buying your own domain name and setting up family email addresses on that domain. I did that way back in the past and migrated that domain name to your services years ago. It made sense then and Andrew is perfectly correct it works out well for all concerned.

With Wessex it works. If it doesn’t work then Wessex will fix it. We phone them up, they answer the phone and they explain what needs to be done and when it will be done. We have worked with Wessex for several years and they have never failed us. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Wessex IT came to see me to do a review of my IT after I felt my laptop had slowed down and I hadn’t addressed backing-up my work for clients. Andrew listened to my issues attentively and used plain language (not tech-speak) to guide me through the options available to me. Thank you for your help in repairing my internet connection and removing my anti-virus suite, along with other miscellaneous problems. Although my emergency callout request was just before Christmas and you were obviously very busy indeed, I did not have to wait days for your visit and your calm and professional manner instantly inspired confidence in your ability to fix the problem without fuss. However, what impressed me most was your kindness and great patience when explaining the problem to me. You did not hurry and worked efficiently in a calm and structured way that this stressed and anxious computer user could understand.
