We are proud to share the news that we have recently merged with Lewes-based Direct Technical, one of the region’s leading Private Cloud and Managed Service Providers (MSP).
Harry and Greg from Direct Technical were welcomed to the wider Wessex IT team earlier this month and work is already underway to start integrating the two businesses. This won’t happen overnight but rest assured our focus as always is uptime and customer care ahead of everything else.
Greg has been running the Direct Technical show in recent times with the support of Harry who continues to take care of most day-to-day support. We are all looking forward to learning from each other and getting to know Direct Technical’s clients. From what we’ve seen so far they seem like a jolly nice bunch! Eventually Greg needs to stand back for personal reasons and hand the reins to Wessex IT founders Richard and Andrew but not until he and clients are 100% happy. No exceptions.
