I would just like to let you know what a professional job Alex undertook for KPS. We had a comms room that was totally overrun with wires and had really gotten out of control and potentially dangerous, so we needed to have a complete rework of the room to tidy up all the wires, leads and the actual comms cabinet. Alex was really helpful and undertook it out of hours for us to minimise disruption, so started late on Friday and worked into Saturday, and was back on site on Monday to check all systems were working for us. – which all were. Could not fault his work and communication during the whole process. Thank you – we are so happy with the works and end result.

Really happy with the Microsoft Teams Meeting System in our Dublin office. It’s made those hybrid meetings where we have a number of internal representatives meeting with various externals at different locations a dream. The picture and sound is really clear and the sharing function is really easy to use. The team at Wessex IT was great at troubleshooting any small teething problems we had from the start. In fact, it suits us so well that we are now looking at implementing the same system at different sites.

Having the Service Desk provide day-to-day IT support to our team has made a real difference to me. I’m free to concentrate on my other responsibilities and when I do take the occasional day off I can do it without worrying!
