About Us

Having worked in the managed IT services industry before meant that Josh really hit the ground running. He’s a firm favourite with our customers - with everyone appreciating his calm and organised approach. Recently promoted to Service Desk Team Leader Josh also runs his own Service Desk team.

When Josh isn’t working tickets he loves to learn – whether it’s carpentry, gardening or experimenting with a new recipe. He builds his own PCs as well (a right of passage for all IT engineers) and is a cinema buff to boot!
